Group Courses
Can you imagine living with your dog with greater calm, understanding, and connection?
Our group dog training and education courses are designed as a space to learn, improve everyday coexistence, and strengthen the bond with your dog through knowledge, communication, and mutual respect.
We work with puppies (from 2.5 months to 1 year old) and adult dogs (over 1 year old), always in small groups and with an approach based on ethology and positive reinforcement. Our method focuses on teaching and motivating the dog without punishment, without aversive tools, and without techniques that fail to produce lasting results.
Classes take place once a week, last 50 minutes, and are held at our Calvià center, always on the same day and at the same time to make it easier for families to organize their schedules.
Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 dogs, with one educator for every 5 dogs, allowing us to guarantee a safe environment and high-quality learning for everyone.
To participate, dogs must be properly vaccinated, dewormed, and socialized (in the case of adult dogs). If you believe your dog may have a behavioral issue, we ask that you inform us in advance. Group classes are not always the best option for very fearful or highly reactive dogs, as they may find the experience more stressful than beneficial.
During the course, we will work on practical obedience exercises that are useful in everyday life, such as:
-
Walking without pulling on the leash
-
Reliable recall
-
Self-control and impulse control (refusing food from the ground or from strangers)
-
Attention and eye contact
-
Stay
-
Sit
-
Down
These exercises are practiced both at home and outdoors, with and without a leash, always with the goal of making them truly useful in your daily life.
However, our work does not focus only on teaching exercises. In the education component, our goal is to help you understand your dog: what they need, how they learn, and why they behave the way they do.
We will also address and debunk some widely spread myths, such as the dominance theory, the idea of the “alpha dog,” or the supposed pack leadership concept. We will explain clearly, and based on current scientific knowledge, why we work with positive reinforcement and avoid methods based on punishment, fear, or intimidation.
Throughout the course, you will receive practical tools for environmental enrichment, emotional regulation, and communication, helping you improve your dog’s well-being and strengthen your relationship.
If your dog is a puppy, we will also cover key aspects of this stage, such as:
-
Teaching them to eliminate outside the house
-
How to carry out proper socialization with people, animals, and environments
-
Managing teething and mouthing
-
How to build a secure and stable attachment
In our courses, the dog is not the only one learning — the human learns as well. Our goal is that by the end of the program you will have the knowledge and tools needed to continue progressing independently throughout your dog’s life… and with any dogs that may join your family in the future.
To achieve the best results, we recommend that all members of the household participate in the learning process. For this reason, you are welcome to attend accompanied by family members, including children from 10 years old.
Below you will find a table showing the number of classes according to the dog’s age and the corresponding fees, depending on the number of dogs enrolled in your group.
To reserve your spot, a €100 deposit is required in advance. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the first day of class. All prices listed in the table include VAT (21%).
Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
Once the reservation has been made, no full or partial refunds will be issued, except in cases of force majeure, such as a serious illness or the death of the caregiver or the dog. In such cases, supporting documentation will be required.
If a student is unable to attend a session, it cannot be made up individually. However, we always offer at least one additional group class free of charge at the end of the course for all participants.
In case of rain, the class will be postponed to the following week, as we currently do not have an indoor covered space available for the sessions.
If you need more information or would like to reserve your spot, we encourage you to contact us through this section.
