2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions establish the conditions applicable to:

The purchase of a service provided directly by Social Dogs Mallorca constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In the case of services offered by third parties, the specific conditions indicated in the relevant section shall apply.
3. Services provided directly by Social Dogs Mallorca
Social Dogs Mallorca provides, among others, services relating to canine education, training and behaviour.
The characteristics, duration, price, format and specific conditions of each service will be indicated on the relevant page before the purchase is made.
Social Dogs Mallorca will provide the services in accordance with the information provided to the client and the specific conditions applicable to each service.
4. Online purchasing process
When a service can be purchased directly through the website, the user must:

accept these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, any other applicable conditions;

5. Prices

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices include the applicable taxes required by law.
Social Dogs Mallorca may modify its prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
6. Payments
Payments for services purchased directly from Social Dogs Mallorca may be made using the payment methods available on the website.
Where payment is processed through an external payment service provider, the processing of the information required to complete the transaction will also be subject to that provider's terms and policies.
Payment will be considered completed once the transaction has been successfully confirmed.
If a payment is declined, cancelled or otherwise not completed successfully, the purchase may remain pending until payment has been successfully made.
7. In-person courses and reservation of places
Where an in-person course requires advance booking, the applicable booking conditions will be provided before the purchase is made.
For courses requiring a €100 reservation deposit (VAT included), this amount will be used to reserve the participant's place and will be deducted from the total course price.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the conditions specified for the relevant course.
Cancellation and refund conditions will be subject both to the specific conditions communicated before purchase and to any rights legally applicable to the consumer.
8. Modification or cancellation of activities
Social Dogs Mallorca may exceptionally modify the dates, times or conditions of an activity where circumstances make such changes necessary.
If an activity must be cancelled for reasons attributable to Social Dogs Mallorca, an alternative or, where applicable, a refund of the amounts paid will be offered.
In all cases, the rights legally applicable to the client will be respected.
9. Canine education and behaviour services
Canine education and behaviour services are developed based on the information provided by the dog's guardian and the assessment carried out by Social Dogs Mallorca.
The results and progress of a behaviour modification process may vary depending on the individual characteristics of the dog, its environment, the implementation of the recommended guidelines and other factors.
For this reason, Social Dogs Mallorca does not guarantee a specific outcome or a specific timeframe for achieving the intervention objectives.
Behaviour-related recommendations do not replace veterinary care.
Where there are indications that a behavioural issue may be related to pain, illness or another medical condition, Social Dogs Mallorca may recommend a veterinary assessment.
10. Separation Anxiety Intervention Programmes
Where a separation anxiety intervention programme is purchased from Social Dogs Mallorca, the dog's guardian must follow the management guidelines and instructions provided during the intervention.
If separation anxiety therapy is undertaken, the dog must not be left alone at any point during the treatment.
Compliance with this requirement constitutes an essential part of the management necessary during the intervention.
The dog's progress will depend on its individual characteristics and on the implementation of the established guidelines. Social Dogs Mallorca therefore does not guarantee a specific timeframe for achieving the objectives of the programme.
11. Client's responsibilities
The client undertakes to provide truthful and sufficient information about the dog and the circumstances relevant to the service purchased.
The client also undertakes to communicate any significant changes that may affect the intervention process.
The client is responsible for implementing the recommendations provided by Social Dogs Mallorca within the scope of the service purchased.
12. Right of withdrawal
Where the purchase is subject to consumer protection legislation, the client shall have the right of withdrawal in the cases and within the period established by law, subject to the legal exceptions provided for.
As a general rule, the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days for distance contracts, without the need to provide a reason.
However, legal exceptions apply. These include the provision of certain services once they have been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal. Specific rules also apply to certain digital content supplied without a physical medium.

13. Commencement of services before the end of the withdrawal period
Where the client expressly requests that a service begin during the statutory withdrawal period, the relevant consent will be obtained and the information required by applicable legislation will be provided.
Where legally applicable, if the service has been fully performed after having commenced with the client's express consent and with the client's acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal, that right shall cease to apply.
14. Courses and services offered by third parties
Social Dogs Mallorca may recommend or facilitate access to certain courses, training programmes or services offered by independent professionals or companies.
In such cases, Social Dogs Mallorca is not the provider of the course or service.
The purchase and payment are made directly with the third party offering the service, in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
The third party shall be responsible for the provision of the purchased service, including, where applicable:

The purchase of a service does not transfer to the client any intellectual property rights over the materials provided by Social Dogs Mallorca.
