Can you imagine living with your dog with more calm, understanding, and connection?
In March 2026, the 8th edition of our group dog education and obedience courses begins. A space to learn, grow together, and transform your daily life through knowledge, communication, and mutual respect.
We work with puppies (from 2.5 months to 1 year old) and adult dogs (over 1 year old), in small groups, using an approach based on ethology and positive reinforcement. No punishment, no aversive tools, and no methods that don’t work in the long term.
Classes take place once a week, last 50 minutes, and are held at our center in Calvià, always on the same day and at the same time. Groups are limited to a maximum of 10 dogs, with one instructor for every 5 dogs, to ensure safety and high-quality learning. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and socialized (in the case of adult dogs). If, on the other hand, you believe your dog has or may have a behavioral issue, please let us know. Group classes are not always the best option for fearful or reactive dogs, as they can be counterproductive and cause more stress than benefits.
When it comes to obedience, we will teach you practical cues for everyday life: loose-leash walking, recall, self-control/impulse control (your dog will learn to ignore food or objects given to them or found on the ground or elsewhere when they are not allowed to take or eat them), attention/eye contact, stay, sit, down… all practiced both at home and outdoors, on and off leash. Practical, useful obedience for real life.
As for education, our goal is for you to truly understand your dog: what they need, how they learn, and why they behave the way they do. We break down deeply rooted myths such as dominance theory, the “alpha dog,” or pack leader concepts, and clearly explain why we work with positive reinforcement and without punishment or aversive methods.
We will provide you with practical tools for environmental enrichment, emotional management, and communication to improve your dog’s well-being and strengthen your bond.
And if your dog is a puppy, don’t worry — we’ll teach you how to: help them learn to do their business outside, carry out proper socialization (introducing other animals, people, environments, and situations), manage teething and nipping, and build a secure and stable attachment.
Here, it’s not only the dog who learns, but (above all) the human. Our goal is for you to finish the course with the broadest possible knowledge so that you can confidently apply it throughout your dog’s life… and even with the dogs who may come after!
For best results, we recommend that everyone who lives with the dog takes part in the process. That’s why we encourage families to join together, including children from 10 years old and up.
Here you can find a table showing the number of classes depending on whether your dog is a puppy or an adult (remember that we hold one 50-minute class per week, always on the same day and at the same time), as well as the fees depending on the number of dogs enrolled in your group:
GROUP | SESSIONS | 5 DOGS | 6-10 DOGS |
PUPPIES | 14 | 450€ | 400€ |
ADULT DOGS | 10 | 330€ | 290€ |
To reserve your spot, a €100 deposit is required in advance. The remaining amount must be fully paid on the first day of class. All prices shown in the table include VAT (21%). Payment can be made either in cash or by bank transfer. No partial or full refunds will be issued unless there is a case of force majeure (such as serious illness or the death of the owner or the dog), and supporting documentation must be provided.
If a family is unable to attend a class, they will not be able to make it up individually; however, we always offer at least one additional group class at the end of the course at no extra cost for all participants. In the event of rain, the class will be postponed to the following week, as we do not yet have a covered indoor space to hold classes.
We recommend contacting us if you need any additional information or if you are interested in reserving your spot. You can find our contact details in this section. Thank you very much, and we hope to see you soon!
